- Timezone?
- Europe/Brussels (CET/CEST). Daily overlap with the UK, Iberia, Nordics, DACH; partial overlap with the US East Coast.
- Work authorization?
- Belgian citizen, EU resident. No visa or sponsorship needed anywhere in the EU/EEA.
- Contract preference?
- Permanent, full-time. Direct employment or via an employer-of-record / consultancy partner both fine. Not interested in freelance/B2B for this role.
- Remote or on-site?
- EU remote-first. Occasional travel for offsites, kickoffs, or quarterly in-person blocks is acceptable.
- Notice period?
- Currently flexible; happy to discuss start date in a first conversation.
